09 ACC's : Larchmont Yacht Club in New York hosted the 2009 Atlantic Coast Optimist Championship regatta (ACC's). Unfortunately Mother Nature did not provide any wind for these top-level sailors to enjoy, but the race management did provide some entertaining on-the-water activities to pass the hours of windless bobbing on Long Island Sound.

2009 Southeast Opti Champs : Lake Lanier Sailing Club is an awesome place to host a regatta. Sailing just 11/4 mile off shore in Georgia, the regatta boasted a total of 8 races in winds ranging from 4-13 knots. USODA champions from around the country enjoyed the sailing and the time spent with friends ashore.
